The Inhealthcare oncology service monitors and provides support at home to patients who are undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
The service captures vital sign readings and side effects that the patient may be experiencing as a result of the treatment. Patients enter their readings and any side effects via a communication method of their choice, including via SMS, app, email and automated phone call, making the service completely digitally inclusive. If the patient’s readings fall out of thresholds, or if side effects are flagged, an alert is raised for clinical follow-up. This means that patients can be prioritised according to their needs and advice can be provided regarding the management of any side effects they may be experiencing.
