We’re excited to announce our relocation to Windsor House, a landmark building in the heart of Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Originally built as the Grand Hotel in 1904, the seven-storey building overlooks the beautiful Valley Gardens park and combines beautiful period architecture with modern office amenities. It’s home to a thriving business community and provides the perfect environment for our expanding team.
The move has been welcomed by David Skaith, Mayor of York and North Yorkshire, who sees it as another sign of our region’s growing strength in technology and innovation.
Founded in 2012 to help solve some of the biggest challenges facing the health service, we’ve grown significantly since the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote care technology across the NHS. To date, we’ve delivered more than four million episodes of care through our 150-plus digital pathways, supporting more than 50 NHS trusts in England, all health trusts in Northern Ireland, and NHS National Services Scotland.
“Our relocation to Windsor House marks an exciting new chapter in Inhealthcare’s growth story,” said our chief executive and co-founder Bryn Sage. “We’re delighted to have found such excellent office space conveniently located in the centre of our home town. As healthcare innovation continues to transform patient care, Harrogate’s blend of connectivity, talent and quality of life makes it the perfect base for our expanding team.”
Now part of the ResMed family, we specialise in remote patient monitoring, supporting people with conditions including respiratory diseases, heart failure and hypertension.
Harrogate has attracted global tech companies and innovative startups since the early 2000s, when our former parent company Intechnology plc helped establish vital digital infrastructure at Cardale Park on the outskirts of the town.
David Skaith, Mayor of York and North Yorkshire, said: “Companies like Inhealthcare are the driving force behind York and Harrogate’s UK-leading cluster of technology companies.
“Inhealthcare has invested in our region, created quality jobs and improved the care of patients across more than 50 NHS trusts in England. So, I would like to congratulate the company as it starts a new and exciting chapter of growth from their home in Harrogate, where they have pushed innovative ideas forward for many years.
“Now is time to be confident, ambitious and champion our region’s businesses and organisations so we can reach our full potential and drive more investment from overseas markets into York and North Yorkshire.”
Karen Winspear, property manager at Windsor House, added: “We are delighted to welcome In-healthcare. The company chose Windsor House because of the quality of office space, its accessibility and proximity to the town centre, and onsite car parking.”
We’re proud to be writing the next chapter of our story in a building that has been at the heart of the town for over a century and we look forward to continuing to serve our NHS partners from our new home.
